examples: cmake: fix build with external tls dynamic library

Building the examples failed when CONFIG_USE_EXTERNAL_MBEDTLS_DYNLIB was enabled. Adding ${CONFIG_EXTERNAL_MBEDTLS_DYNLIB_PATH} to the libraries path for the linker fixes it.
